11-14-2024: Camden Bowls

We will be making the medium size bowl.

Fabric requirements:
1 yard of fabric for the sides and bottom
OR
12 Jelly Roll strips for the sides and 3/4" for the bottom and binding

Interfacing for the sides:
Duet Fuse II by BOSAL (2 1/4by 20 yards)

Interfacing for the Bottom:
CRAF-TEX PLUS Double sided Fusible Stiff Interfacing by BOSAL

Matching Thread
Sewing machine with a good zigzag stitch
Microtex 90/14 Needle (for straight Stitching)
Jean or Denim 110/18 for zigzag stitching)
Teflon Ironing sheet
Iron
Thermal Thimbles
Scissors (both large and small)
Rotary cutter and cutting mat
Marking Pen or chalk
Measuring tape
Seam Ripper
Hand sewing needles (size 7)
Something to decorate you bowl (buttons, flowers...)

This class will be an all day class

Time: 9am to 4:00pm

All supplies will be available for purchase for your class at the Sewing Center of Cheyenne on 1511 Logan Ave.
