This is a 2-day class suited to the advanced beginner and intermediate quilter. In class, we will work on piecing the top of the quilt using the bargello technique. The finished size of this quilt is approximately 60” by 60”. If you have always wanted to do a bargello, but were intimidated by the process, this is the place to get started! You will learn the basic techniques in this easyto-piece quilt. To successfully participate in this class you must have a good working knowledge of your sewing machine and a general understanding of a 1/4” seam allowance, rotary cutting, and have experience piecing.
The class fee is $50, which includes the pattern and two working days (9am - 4pm). The quilt requires 20 fat quarters; 10 each in two complimentary color ways, with an even mix of lights, mediums, and darks. Binding (1/3 yard) and backing (4 yards) can be purchased at a later time and do not have to be brought to class.
